Landscape Oil Painting

Service Description

Oily Tuesdays is a regular adult oil painting session that explores different subjects every month. In August we'll be working with landscapes. This three week course is facilitated by Andrew Lang, the owner of Primary Colours with over twenty years teaching and art experience. We will explore composition, colour mixing and matching, using different mediums, and other skills necessary for successful oil painting. All materials are included in the cost: oil paints, stretched canvas, brushes and mediums, and access to the kitchen for tea and coffee. No need to clean up and a snack will also be provided. These sessions are very meditative, social, and educational. It's a great way to spend a couple of hours in the company of others. Reward yourself.
