Mini Feasts! 10-15 year olds

Service Description

Who loves food? And who loves small stuff? Well, let's combine it all and make mini feasts! In this open ended workshop students will have the opportunity to create a mini banquet on a prepared mini dining table. We'll work mainly with polymer clay but other materials such as fabric and air dry clay will be introduced. This is a relaxed and social workshop, perfect for older artists. All holiday workshops are fully catered and all materials, and the use of equipment, are included in the cost. There is no need to bring anything except a willingness to get involved. The studio has a kitchen and bathroom on site. A healthy snack will be provided and drinking water is available. It is preferred that drink bottles and snacks are not brought to the workshop. A break is scheduled into the workshop and students will have plenty of time to chat and socialise. There is a chill zone in the studio with books, toys, drawing equipment and colouring books, and a couch to lounge and relax. Music is also often played during the workshops. Protective clothing is supplied. Please arrive on time and arrange for a prompt pick up at the end of the workshop. This allows the staff to prepare for the next session. Please take all work home with you. If it is too wet to transport, arrangements can easily be arranged to store it until it is able to be brought, or delivered, to your home. If you are booked into a morning workshop and wish to stay at the studio over the lunch period to attend the afternoon session, this can be arranged. Please inform Andrew that this is what you wish to do and pack a lunch. Meals are not included in the cost of the workshop.
